In the following we inform you about the processes relevant to data protection law that take place when you visit our website.

1. Log files

Each time our website is accessed, we automatically collect data and information from the computer system that you use to access the website.

The following data is collected here:

The data is stored in the log files of our system for 10 days. A storage of this data together with other personal data of yours does not take place. The legal basis for the temporary storage of this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Both the collection of the data and the storage of the data in log files are absolutely necessary for the provision and operation of our website. Therefore, there is no possibility for you to object.

2. Cookies

We use so-called “cookies” on our website. These are small files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your computer system when you visit our site. Cookies do not damage your computer system and do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software.

We use cookies to improve our website, i.e. to make the example more user-friendly and to adapt it to user interests.

3. Website Analysis

We use the “Google Analytics” service on this website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

This service enables us to create pseudonymised usage profiles and to use cookies (see under B. 2.). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

are transferred to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website and the processing of this data by Google Inc. by downloading and installing a browser add-on ( https://tools.google. com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de ).

4. Website marketing

We use website marketing on the website and use the marketing services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

This service enables us to place advertisements for our content in a more targeted manner and to evaluate them in line with interests. This is done by using cookies (see C.), which are stored on your computer system if you came to our website via an advertisement on Google (so -called conversion cookies). This makes it possible to track which site they were redirected from. However, the service does not aim to identify you personally. 

If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this – for example via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. 5. Tracking of advertising measures

We advertise our services on other websites and evaluate the advertising methods using tracking measures.

This enables us to determine which advertising measures drew your attention to us and to contact us. This is done using a script that we use on our website. This makes it possible to understand whether and which users were directed to our offer when they clicked on an advertisement from third parties. However, no personal data will be processed by you as long as you do not contact us. In this case, we can merge the contact data with the online ID data from the pixel.

You can contact us by email or electronically using a form on the website. In this case, the data you send to us will be stored by us.

If you send us an email or use the form and are interested in our offers, the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

This data transmitted to us will only be used to conduct the conversation and will not be passed on to third parties.

We will delete this data when it is no longer required for the purpose in question. This means when the email exchange with you has ended and we have fully processed your request.

You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time. To do this, please use the contact options listed above. In the event of a revocation, all of your personal data stored for the purpose of establishing contact will be deleted.

D. Newsletter

We offer a newsletter in which we inform the recipient about our services (newsletter subscription). To receive this newsletter, you must register on our site. The data you enter when registering will be transmitted to us and only used to send the newsletter.

This is about:

(2) The IP address of the computer system you are using

(3) Date and time of registration

We need your e-mail address in order to send you the newsletter. The remaining information is required to prevent misuse of our email address as well as that provided.

The voluntary information serves to inform you more specifically about our offer. However, this information is not required for sending the newsletter.

We evaluate the reading behavior of our newsletter mailings and can determine the opening rate and click rate. We can assign this behavior to the individual newsletter recipients. This is done with the purpose of making our newsletter even more interesting and adapting it to the needs of our interested parties.

Before sending the registration to receive our newsletter, your consent will be obtained and you will be referred to this data protection declaration (Article 6 (1 ) (a) GDPR ).

Termination of the subscription and thus the possibility of objecting to and removing the data processing is possible at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding unsubscribe link in every e-mail from our newsletter.

E. Registration

Registration is required to use the buying and selling options on the website. The data you provide here will only be used for the purpose of using the offer. The data stored during registration will not be passed on to third parties unless a purchase contract is concluded immediately.

The specified payment data and the other data will not be passed on by us or by the payment provider to third parties who are not involved in the fulfillment of the contract and the processing of the payment. 

The legal basis for the storage and processing of this data follows from Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The goods ordered from us are shipped via Posta Srbije – www.posta.rs

 For this purpose we pass on the following data to the shipping service providers:

(3) Your e-mail address for a tracking e-mail (if not objected and delivered in the package)

The legal basis for the storage and processing of this data follows from Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time. To do this, please use the contact options listed above. In the event of a revocation, all of your personal data will be deleted unless there is a statutory retention period to the contrary.

G. Processing in third countries in general

Unless otherwise stated above, your personal data will be processed in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) exclusively on the basis of the legal requirements of Art. 44 GDPR. In the present case, this is exclusively the case either on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Article 45 GDPR) and/or on the basis of suitable guarantees (Article 46 GDPR).

H. General storage time

In general, personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection or to comply with the respective statutory retention period. After the purpose no longer applies or the deadline has expired, the data will be deleted.

I. Data subject rights

If we have processed your personal data, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights towards us:

(1) Art. 15 GDPR – You can request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a Right to complain, the origin of your data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision -making including profiling and, if necessary, meaningful information about their details.

(2) Art. 16 GDPR – You can immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.

(3) Art. 17 GDPR – You can request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is required.

(4) Art. 18 GDPR – you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

    • if the correctness of the data is disputed by you,
    • if the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims
    • or if you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

(5) Art. 20 GDPR – You can receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request transmission to another person responsible.

(6) Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR – You can revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future.

(7) Art. 77 GDPR – You can complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our place of business. 

J. Right to object

If your personal data is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO are processed, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are reasons for this that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.
